Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University located in College
Station, Texas.
Allison first experienced the benefits of acupuncture and Chinese
Medicine when she witnessed her grandmother receive treatments for
sciatica pain. Her grandmother had tried physical therapy,
chiropractic care, western pharmaceuticals, and occupational therapy.
While all of these modalities offered some relief, it was not until
she started acupuncture treatments that she began to notice profound
changes. Always having had an interest in peoples' health, Allison
decided to pursue the study of Chinese Medicine so that she could
offer people the same benefits that her grandmother had experienced.
Allison has a gentle touch and creates a safe, nurturing, and relaxing atmosphere for her patients. She is committed to educating and caring for her patients by partnering with them to cultivate greater health and well-being. In conjunction with her acupuncture treatments,
Allison also incorporates herbal medicine, dietary recommendations,
and whole food supplements into her treatment plan. She is also
trained to do cupping, moxibustion, electrical stimulation, guasha,
facial acupuncture, and auricular acupuncture.
